Dewcape were engaged by Macada to Design & Construct an Industrial Warehouse Precinct. The project comprises approximately 21,000 square metres of warehouse space, 19,000 square metres of hardstand, including Civil works, new road construction, electrical substation, sewer extension, fire sprinkler tank, and stormwater management system.

Dewcape were engaged by Bingo Industries to Design and construct the world’s largest mixed waste recycling facility.

“The site currently recovers around 85% of materials that are processed at its recycling facility. When development of the Recycling Ecology Park is complete, it will be capable of processing and recycling all Building & Demolition (B&D) and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) waste streams, including bricks, concrete, glass, plastic, metal, sand, soils, tyres and timber”

Dewcape works include for design and construct of a 9000m² structural steel warehouse, including services for a processing plant & 15,000m² of external concrete pavement. The plant has been fitted with the latest in safety, environment and fire management technology and rain water catchment tanks.

When opened in April 2019, Bingo’s recycling facility at West Melbourne was considered the pinnacle or waste management within Victoria. Dewcape completed this ambitions project within 12 months, whilst Bingo maintained operational movements on the site.

On top of redeveloping the 15000m2 building, Dewcape also oversaw the installation of a state of the art recycling plant.

Concise Project Management, detailed consultation with the client & consultants as well as a strong focus on early procurement of materials ensured that handover was achieved to Bingo Industries within the tight timeframes allocated.

Reconstruction and Transformation of a 6000 square metre storm damaged warehouse into a State of the Art Recycling Facility. The project was faced with numerous difficult site constraints and the mounting client expectation for an early completion to recover from 2 years of site shutdown.

Bingo Recycling Centre St Marys, the most advanced waste processing facility in NSW and Dewcape led the planning, design, and construction of the unique facility.

Dewcape managed all design disciplines and completed the construction in 29 weeks despite operating within an operational environment, concurrent installation of complex recycling plant and machinery, non-typical block, and 6 weeks of inclement weather.

Dewcape was engaged by Bingo Industries to rectify 3 water storage dams at their Kembla Grange recycling facility. The works included the supply and installation of approximately 150 lineal metres of sheet piles to stabilise an existing retaining wall surrounding the dams. The dams were reconstructed to achieve the correct volumes for the site and lined with HDPE.

Dewcape were engaged by Bingo Industries to Design and construct a purpose-built Waste transfer Warehouse to facility Commercial & Industrial Building Waste.

Dewcape works include for design and construct of a 3000m² warehouse constructed of concrete tilt up panels and structural steel, base build services including services for a 4500m² of external concrete pavement.

STAGE 1 – Conversion of an existing warehouse into purpose built manufacturing facility for Interface Australia including structural, civil, installation of tanks and associated works. Project Value $12 million.

STAGE 2 – Extension of the existing Administration Building as well as construction of the new Production Office complete with NATA certified laboratory.

Dewcape’s scope included the design and construct of a 3000m² warehouse constructed of concrete tilt up panels and structural steel, base build and plant specific services, which included upgrading all incoming services including fire, water, sewer and electrical. External hardstand comprised 4,500sqm of concrete, and associated stormwater.
