As CEO & Managing Director, Andrew has a hands-on approach to leadership, bringing an active interest and meticulous attention to detail to all of Dewcape’s projects. Bringing extensive knowledge and experience in construction, fit out and design, he supports his senior management team in the successful delivery of every project on time and within budget. He sees great strength in a collaborative approach, whether working closely with clients to bring their vision to life, or mentoring his team to realise its full potential.

With 20 years in the construction industry, including 10 years with Multiplex and Built, John brings invaluable local and international expertise in all sectors to his role at Dewcape, working throughout Australia, NZ and the UK. His experience ranges from $200,000 through to $2 billion projects including London’s Wembley Stadium and the King Street Wharf precinct in Sydney. John focuses on developing and maintaining successful long-term relationships to obtain a deep understanding of client objectives that assists with successful project delivery.

Michael is a respected leader who takes a hands-on approach to project management, actively contributing to all aspects of project delivery. He is a genuine and affable person who values quality relationships and honest communication, which helps him exceed client expectations. Michael relocated to Melbourne in 2015 to establish Dewcape’s Victorian office and is responsible for managing the Melbourne team and operations. He’s motivated by continual learning opportunities that allow personal and professional growth and providing for his young family.

Being available to all levels of customers, both internal and external, and building key relationships is important to me. There’s always time to answer a client’s queries with genuine and open communication
Brendan Cadden

Brendan brings 25 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist and Project Architect in Ireland and Australia to the team at Dewcape. With a role in most jobs across Dewcape’s large portfolio, Brendan has a broad understanding and diverse experience, providing unique insight that is an asset to our clients. He has in-depth knowledge of the approval and certification process, managing this aspect on many multifaceted projects. He has a diligent, yet pragmatic approach with the flexibility to adapt with evolving scenarios.

A strategic professional with high-level analytical skills, he is committed to improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business. A confident and accountable leader, he is responsible for budget consolidation, risk minimisation plans and opportunity forecasting
