As part of this investment, we have instituted a Management Development Program across the business. The program identifies and develops future leaders, providing them with personal growth and career opportunities. As a result, Dewcape staff are loyal, as demonstrated by the low staff turnover. Key staff have been with the company for up to 12 years.
Dewcape has solid relationships with a national network of contractors and consultants that have strengthened over the years. We have a group of regular subcontractors who have worked for us for up to 18 years.
